Clarach Ltd will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail your item within 14 days from the receipt of the order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
